ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
► How do I place an order?
You can order online or at one of our retailers Find your nearest store using our retailer locator.
► Why won't the site process my payment?
Please ensure that the billing address matches the address to which your chosen card is registered, the payment will not go through if this is not the case.
► Which payment options to you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
► Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a Guest if you would prefer not to set up an account.
► I can't log in to my account – help?
If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be sent instructions on how to change your password.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
► When will my delivery arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next working day.

► Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately at present, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
► Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes. We will deliver to a delivery address of your choice. You will need to select a different delivery address when completing your order.
► Can I cancel an order I have made online?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Team
► I have received the wrong item in my order?
If the product you have received is not what you were expecting please raise a Returns Request online.
► How much do you charge for delivery?

► How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from day of receipt to return the item.
► I have received a faulty or damaged product – what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you.

► How do I redeem a gift card?
You have two options for redeeming your gift card
- In the View and Edit Cart screen, click “Gift Card Options” (under the Continue Shopping button). This will give you the option to enter your gift card code and apply to the order or check status and balance
- During check out select “Use Gift Card” in the Order Review box. This option is between “Use Coupon Code” and “Store Credit”
► Where can I use my gift card?
You may use your gift card across all Weatherbeeta Group websites including WeatherBeeta.com, DublinClothing.com, CollegiateSaddlery.com, SaxonRiding.com, and CrosbySaddlery.com
► Where will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be delivered directly to the email inbox of the recipient of your choice!
► When will my recipient receive their gift card?
They will receive their gift card on the day of your choosing - an option available during the order process. If you do not select a specific date the recipient will receive their gift card shortly after your order is placed.
► When does my gift card expire?
Your gift card expires five years from the date of purchase
► What are the shipping options for gift cards?
Gift cards are digital only, and will be delivered electronically, directly to the email inbox of your choice!
► How do I check the balance of my gift card?
In the View and Edit Cart screen, select “Gift Card Options” toward the bottom of the page. Enter the gift card number and click “Check Status and Balance” (Please note that you must have a product in your cart for this to work!)
► My recipient never received their gift card, help!
One of two things may have happened:
- Ask the recipient to check their spam folder, some over-zealous spam filters send our emails there
- The email address may have been incorrect. Please send our customer service team your order number and correct email address and they will update the information and resend the gift card email.
