Where can I buy Dublin?
Go to Find a Retailer and either type your location into the search bar or click the link to find an online retailer.

Will my nearest store have everything shown on your website?
Not necessarily. The individual stores decide which items they stock, so contact them to make sure you can get the product you want. If they don't have the item you want in stock, they can order it for you.

When do you release new products?
Dublin usually releases new products twice a year—March and October.

Can you email me when new items are available?
Yes! Enter your email address in the "Newsletter Signup" box at the bottom of the page to join our mailing list and be among the first to find out about new Dublin products.

Why can’t I buy Dublin products through your website?
Dublin Clothing and Footwear products are sold exclusively through our retail network. Visit your local or online Dublin retailer to purchase.

Are my Dublin boots covered under warranty?
Dublin Lifestyle footwear is fully warranted against all manufacturing and material defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase when purchased through an Authorized Dublin Retailer*. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or care, accidents and normal wear and tear over time. Item must be returned to the original place of purchase for refund, credit or exchange. Your original receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for all claims. *Dublin Lifestyle footwear products purchased through private individuals are not covered under the Dublin warranty.

The laces in my Dublin Harrowed or Dublin Pinnacle boots have broken. Do you sell replacements?
We do not sell replacements for the laces in our Dublin Harrowed or Pinnacle boots. However, they are easily and inexpesively replaced with any 45" round hiking-type laces in a dark brown color.
